Professional development
We place a very high value on professional development and on-going training, whether teachers are new to teaching or more experienced. We run weekly teacher workshops, have a large teaching methodology library and place importance on the sharing of ideas within the teachers' room. On top of that, a lot of additional support is given to new teachers from the director of studies and senior teachers.
WORKING HOURS
A typical schedule would see you teaching from 7pm to 9pm, from Monday to Friday with two consecutive days off in between. The weekends are our busiest days and we work from 9:30am to 6:30pm with a break for lunch.
Teachers teach a maximum of 20 hours per week. On top of that teachers need to set time aside for lesson planning. We also have occasional marketing activities for teachers to attend.

HOLIDAYS
Teachers receive the usual public holidays plus two working weeks paid vacation.This is in line with Chinese working conditions.
This equals a total of 1 month paid holiday per year.
